He became a lawyer in 1984 and is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts. He is the founder of the law firm “Studio Legale Salonia e Associati.”
He has carried out and continues to carry out his activities in favor of publicly owned companies, public and private entities, including the main companies operating nationwide in the sectors of services, energy, television broadcasting, construction, and the realization of major public works, with a specialization in civil and labor law.
He provides both extrajudicial and judicial assistance in individual and collective labor disputes and social security matters, as well as in company and sectoral collective bargaining.
He has gained significant experience in industrial restructuring, corporate reorganizations, and identifying income support tools, also assisting insolvency proceedings bodies in litigation and concerning issues concerning the current management of procedural activities.
Together with Prof. Avv. Francesco Vassalli, he promoted the Association of Legal Firms Vassalli e Salonia, through which he followed the evolution of regulations concerning corporate administrative liability according to Legislative Decree 231/01, collaborating in the preparation of Organizational and Management Models and whistleblowing procedures for leading companies, groups, and trade associations. He was a member of Confindustria’s working group for the drafting of the “Guidelines 231”. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of several companies, including listed ones.
