Jacopo Ierussi

He began collaborating with the firm in 2012, primarily focusing on labor law, and subsequently becoming a lawyer in 2016.

Currently, he holds the position of lecturer in ‘Sports Law’ at LUISS Guido Carli University with Prof. Enrico Lubrano, and in ‘Private Law’ at the European University of Rome with Professors Alberto Maria Gambino and Ilaria Garaci.

He is the Founder and President of Associazione Italiana Influencer, a professional category association included by the Ministry of Economic Development in Section II of the list under Law no. 4/2013.

He served as a Board Member (2020 – 2023) and subsequently as Vice President (2023 – 2025) of FIDE – Italian Federation of Electronic Disciplines, a reality related to the esports sector. In 2021, he was elected as a member of the Advisory Committee of Esports Europe (EEF), the first European federation in the industry, with his mandate ending in May 2024.

In 2019, he was appointed as a member of the “Sports Law and Sporting Activities”, “Labor Law”, and “Youth Laboratory” Commissions of the Rome Bar Association.

In 2021, he became the Federal Prosecutor of FIDASC (Italian Federation of Sports Fishing and Underwater Activities, affiliated with the Italian National Olympic Committee).

He is a contract professor of “Elementi di diritto della Games Industry” at Link Campus University.

As the author of publications aimed at specialized legal journals, he has participated as a speaker and/or lecturer at various conferences, events, masterclasses, and training courses over the years.
