Registered in the Register of Lawyers of Rome since October 26, 1996 and in the special list of Lawyers authorized to practice at the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Council of State since May 29, 2009.
He was the owner of the SILVESTRI LAW FIRM from 1998 until its merger into SALONIA e Associati in September 2023, where he is a partner.
Throughout his career, he has focused on civil law, particularly in labor law, bankruptcy law, family law, corporate law, and civil liability, both contractual and non-contractual.
He provides business consultancy services concerning contracts and the management of employment relationships, with a specialization in redundancies. Additionally, he represents multiple Insolvency Procedures in various Italian Courts, assisting them in both extrajudicial and judicial matters.
Having been a collaborator of the magazine “Il Foro Italiano” on corporate matters, he served as the Head of the Labor Law Study Group in the Bankruptcy field at the Rome Bar Association. In this capacity, he coordinated a working group contributing to the Treaty on the Reform of Bankruptcy Law published in November 2020 by Lawyer Prof. Antonio CAIAFA, as well as the Treaty on “Responsibility Actions” published in April 2022.
Furthermore, he authored the chapter on “Art. 2049 of the Civil Code: judicial control over management” in the publication “The Companies,” edited by Lawyer Prof. Vincenzo DONATIVI as part of the “Itinera” series published by Ipsoa.
