She became a lawyer in 2006 and has been associated with the Firm since 2008, after gaining experience abroad and in leading Italian law firms. From September 2002 to March 2004, she gained experience in common law by completing an internship at American law firms. In 2003, she obtained a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, USA. She is a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers Association.
She has acquired specific expertise in providing consultancy services to Italian and foreign companies in the fields of commercial contracts and labor law, including internationally. She has gained significant experience in assisting Italian and foreign managers in various phases of hiring and termination of employment.
